does that mean blue one is better than green i mean some kund of hardware improvment

The only difference between the blue and green twin tuner as far as I am aware, is the blue one has the capacitor on the opposite side of the tuner, so that it can be plugged into the solose v2.

The green tuner won't fit, because the capacitor stops it.

It is version 1.1 because there has been a change from version 1.0

That change is moving the capacitor from 1 side of the board, to the other and changing from green to blue pcb.
