Duo2 blurry vfd

I purchased duo 2 and would like to say that receiver is great but I'm noticed that VFD is blurry, impossible to read from the distance! Looks like there is a film underneath of a Plexiglas which has been left over.
Did anybody else complained about it?
I searched online and many photos which I found online they show the same blurriness, reason for it might be that screen is placed to deep and therefore create the blur.
How can I rectify if, please?

Many (myself included) have commented on it in the past, but thats how it was designed to be.
 
Thanks, did actually tried to get it sorted? move display closer to the Plexiglas? My receiver is brand new so I can't really look if this would be possible due to warranty.

There is nothing to fix, it was designed like that, if you look at all the pre-release pictures it clearly shows a "hazy" display.

The only real way to stop it glowing, is to turn the brightness down.
