Boot problems Duo2

Vu+ Newbie
Have Vu + DUO2 who do not want to boot up.
It starts to boot but freezes when "starting GUI".
Can not do "Factory reset" because I cant get in to the Duo.
Have tried to load a new image via USB, but fail to get Duo to boot from the USB stick.

Anyone with any ideas

  1. Power off your STB
  2. Remove all your USB devices attached to your STB
  3. Insert the Usb device containing the flash files
  4. Power <on> your STB and retry the reflash process
