bootlogo freaks me out

Vu+ Newbie
after installing a plugin in my vu+ solo the botologo keeps changing to another one.
I already make search in the net and i come with these:
tools to convert images to this format .vmi and to size 1280*720
how to transfer them to vu+ by filezilla
how to change rights crud
other tools which can all above
transfer the images to /usr/share and to /usr/share/vuplus-bootlogo

I made sure that the logos are in their destination from menu=>filebrowser however when I reboot my vu+ the older logo comes back
the logo is a mask of vandita and a link to a website for selling dishes and sat modulators, accessories

plz help me I don't know what's the matter is there a script which changes automatically on startup the bootlogo.vmi or what?
I am sure of this because when I put new backgrounds and restart GUI it is ok,but when I reboot my vu+ the old backgrounds comes back.
i don't know why this is keep happening is there sth which trigger this changings at startup, plz if any one has already experienced this to help me.
