Bug in OpenAirPlay on BH? See log file

Hello everybody,
I just installed the latest BH today. Fresh and New.
Than i tried to install OpenAirPlay from the BH Addons and Plugins, but I have a major issue.
In fact, after the install I had 2 error lines and then the green screen.
It keeps on rebooting in circle and I cannot do anything : I am stuck and I do not feel like reinstalling the all thing. Is there a safe mode boot to uninstall OpenAirPlay?
Do you have this problem also on a fresh install?

OK: in FTP, I deleted the folder OpenAir in /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions and at least it now boots... but it is not probably a good way to delete extensions... how should we normally do to have it clean?
