Button rc to execute script

HI all, does anybody know the way to execute a script .sh pressing a button of RC? In multiquick button I'm only able to associate a plugin enot a script....
I took a look to the way to create plugin but I'm not be able to do that....

any help for me, please?

p.s.
I Always search the way to start plugin form a script .sh .... some help for this too? :-)
