C-Band lnb configution on v+solo2

Hi, can someone help me on configuring a c-band lnb on Atlantic bird 3 on 5 decre west.
Because I connot get both left and right circulars band at the same time.
I allwest have to confugurate 13 or 16 v on the main satellite lnb configuration .
