cable and sat channels problem

hello,
I have 2 sat tuners and one cable.
During the scan process I can see the Vu finds all chanels (sat & cable) but, when finished, I only find sat chanels ( in the screen : "all" - "Satellite" - "Providers" - "favorit )
what do I have to fix to get all the chanels?

Pressing the red button you can see all the stored channels.
Pressing the green button you can see all the stored channels sorted for satellites and cable.
Pressing the yellow button you can see all the stored channels sorted for providers.
