Can I get 1 irdeto card working for both my DVB-S tuners?

.. or I need 2 Irdeto cards & 2 CAM modules? I would have thought that it's a piece of cake to share 1 card for more tuners for VU+ Enigma2 based machines... but when I put the PIP on and switch to another channel (on different transpoder) to involve both tuners, I only get the black screen. If the channel is on the same transpoder, it comes up no problem.
