can not generate passphrase

when i try to connect to my hidden wifi with Vu usb dongle I have this msg "can not generate passphrase"
Length my password "30" encrypt with wpa2 typed by remote control but after press ok. then i get the error
box : can not generate passphrase.

any solution for this problem??
