Can not install BH 2.04

I have formatted my usb stick (FAT32)
Unzipped BH 2.04 to the stick.
Insert and power on my Duo2
It says: Update... and wait there fore some seconds. Then the message Press Power
pops up.
I press power button at the rear but the Duo2 always returns to the original image.

You need to press Power button on front panel where is the cam slot
