Can not shutdown VU+ solo

I have VU+ solo runing with BH 2.0.7, when i shutting down the LED getting red for second and solo is starting again ,no deep shutdown possible,i tried many BH images but no success
STB problem ?

Have you tried shutting power by the Back switch?
