can someone PLEASE tell me what is the problem in this Log File

Hi Guys,
First I'd like to say that I LOVE THIS FORUM ... I've been a fervent user of BH on my Vu Uno for 4 years now...anyways, I have recently encountered a crashing on my machine..basically when I am watching a channel for about 20min, then I zap to another one it won't work so what I do I restart my cam and Boooom!!!!! Green screen!
i did nothing to the box recently, I'm using BH 4.1.1 and I enjoy it! so what i ddi I update to the latest version 4.1.5 and guess what!!! same thing happened after I reinstalled everything from scratch!
so I ask y'alls expertise in this...... I am totally confused... Hope I can find some help.....
You can open the attached log file with Wordpad.
