Can we add a year mark to the recorded file list?

Currently, when we search recorded files, the sorting method cannot distingush the files over one year from the file recorded in current year because there is only month and day marks. If a recorded file over one year old, it will be sorted as the current year. Can we add a year mark to the recorded file?

Try to install the Advanced Movie Selection plugin.
Very good with all needed info and more.
