Cannot initialize HDD

I have had my Vu Duo working fine for some time until I applied a patch to do with the hard disk and I lost everything on the HDD. I have now tried to initialize the drive in blackhole 1.7.5 and it says it could not mount the drive.

I have also taken the drive out and formatted it with a pc using fat32.

Please help?

You can try to format your HDD directly by your Duo using an official image and then you can install a Black Hole image.
