i cannot install images by flash memory in my reciver
only do it whit backup menu

Usually this happens to clones. Please, post some pictures of your box, front and rear panel.

Sorry: maybe I misunderstood. What do you mean by "backup menu".
And, anyway, have you tried several different USB drives?

i dont know why this problem happened i use multiboot for my HDD and after it this problem will happened

You didn't mention you was trying to install in multiboot. The fewer the details you provide, the more difficult is to follow you.
What did you try?
Exactly what file you tried to install in multiboot. For multiboot process you don't have to put the vuplus folders and its subfolders but you need the zip file of an image.
The zip file is better if it's renamed with a short name (for instance: bh.zip).

my problem is in installing image when in ll try to install new image its not install
in my box after turn power on by power key at first writ " starting" and when i use flash memory and "vuplus folder on them "
when writ om box searching usb it strat to install new image in past
but now i have files in flash memory bot the box do not install new image it will go to start image from flash and ignored files in flash memory
i think i need to full reset my box " full flash and reset "please help me dear admins

Usually it depends on the USB drives: try several ones, as I already wrote.

i use a recovery and format tool for fix my USB FLASH drive and all problem will fixed
i use my own SILICON POWER usb flash and it work so good

i fix my flash drive and i can install new image
