cannot make backup

I have 1.76 installed on my Uno. Every time I try to mount usb it mounts it BUT when making back up it keeps crashing. Just cannot make back up. I have also tried to format usb with box and pc and tried but still same problem. Any suggestions ?

Put here the crashlog, please.
 
Use a FTP program like DCC , connect to your STB!
U"ll find the crash log @HDD!
Then upload file with your post!

What is your STB set up?
What size USB U have?
What Backup U making , for settings , personal (w/BH PBkup)?

Now before you reply, read about image installations (search the board),,,U may need to re-flash w/Clean BH 1.7.8!

The /hdd folder exists in any box.
If you have an HDD installed, this folder is mapped to HDD, anyway it's mapped to flash and records are not allowed but crashlogs are stored in that folder.
