Cannot record to hard drive

Hi all,

I have a new duo 2 and having a problem to get it to record to the hard drive. I've loaded the latest BH image, when I try to record I get this error message couldn't record due to invalid service 1:0:19 :5226:812:11A0000:0:0:0:
The drive has been initialised, thanks in advance.
 
No I cannot record any channel I get the same error message on all channels, is there any setup I need to do as I have not been able to record anything yet

Strange.
Is your Timer list clean.There's nothing ??

Main Menu >> Timer

I think you have in your timer list recording with invalid channel service 1:0:19 :5226:812:11A0000:0:0:0:

You must delete this service and maybe you have channel in you Sat settings/list with invalid channel service nr.

Thanks no the timer wasn't clear so I deleted whatever was waiting, tried to record something it seems to be ok now. Thank you very much!
