cannot watch one channel and stream another to PC

hi all

since updating to blackhole 2.1.7 I have been unable to watch one channel downstairs on the TV

and another channel on my PC through openwebif

anybody any ideas
 
i cannot reply in that thread tho as i do not understand what people are talking about so i need to ask somebody for help
