Change Bitrate and resolution at streaming

Hello all,

So I am trying to stream from my VU solo 2 (version 3.05A) to another reciever but I need to change the bitrate and the resolution of the stream. So 8001 works but is lagging a lot (needs more bandwith speed). 8002 transcoded works too but the quality is so poor. How can I change the bitrate and the resolution of port 8002?
 
Well, that's what you did with transcoding.
Or you think that port change will improve the thing.

Sorry miss understanding (leave the bandwith out of it). I want to try to edit the settings of streaming. I have to edit a file with notepad++ to try it? Or I can do it via the menu?
 
I do not know how it is with solo2 at this moment.
As you can see in the transcoding menu, I think you can change with remote Bitrate, Framerate, and Resolution.
But if this do not help .
This means that the problem is in network flow and video processing.
I must mention solo2 using transcoding with software rather than hardware transcoding used in Duo2 and 4K receivers (solo4K,Ultimo4K I have not test other )
and of course with software transcoding the result is worse ,so the problem is collected in the whole line from the receiver to the receiver.
Limitation of receivers and network.
