Change channel with remote control numeric buttons

Have Vu+ Duo2 with Black Hole 2.1.2 image

When I try to swap channels by press the numeric buttons on the original remote control, nothing happens except that a dialog with message Channel 4 apears (I press on key 4).

How to fix this?
 
Do you also press the Ok button after the number 4?

Do you have a channel numbered 4 in your currently active favorites bouquet?

Yes. I guess so.

I have uploaded my favorites bouquet with Dreambox edit. I'm just install Black Hole. Earlier I run OpenPli 4, and on that image it work.
I still use same favorites bouquet from Dreambox edit.

Another notes, I have upgrade from BH 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 no. But this still not work.

How can I be sure that my channel 4 are numbered as 4 ?
 
Check in BH settings if you have enabled to show channel numbers.
Can't you see the channel number in the OSD?
 
Sorry, I can't find any settings like that. Disable/Enable show channels numbers.

But yes, I can the channel numbers in the OSD.
