Change hdd and saving recordings

Vu+ Newbie
I'm going from a 1tb to a 2tb but want to put all the files from the 1tb onto the new 2tb ,whats the best way of doing this?

The simpliest is to install, format and mount new HDD to your Vu+ and next copy files from "old" HDD to new one using some Sata-USB adapter (Dream Explorer plugin installed in Vu+ from BH addons).
