Request Change priority thuner ?

I have problems and wishes to use the tuner

More accurate...

Tuner B first
Tuner A second

solution would be to put the recording tuner A automatically tuner B will be the first but that gives me avataj use tuner A.

Can not set a priority between tuners just can not do anything ?
