Changing a channel from FTA to NDS

Hi,
I'm using Vu+ Solo 2 with following versions

Kernel version:3.13.5
Firmware version:BlackHole 2.1.1
Gui version:2014-07-22-master

One of channels is not working because its marked as FTA, when it shouldn't be. I'm using autobouquets e2 28.2e plug-in and in the log there it shows the channel as NDS, rather than FTA, so its been overridden somewhere.

Can anyone advise where this is set, and how I can flip the channel to NDS correctly?
