Channel issues

Hello all

I'm posting this on behalf of a friend as I don't know the answer

He has a vu duo with latest 2.0.7.2 on but channels like boomerang +1, home, ID +1 he's getting a black screen, at first I thought it could be an issue with what I'm not allowed to talk about but I've checked mine and it's the same on my box, then thought it was the frequency changing but it's still the same
Can anyone else please check theirs and see if they have got the same issue and does anyone have any ideas what they problem is?
He's getting a bit frustrated as his kids love these channels for watching tv and now not working (was working no problems the other day)

Prob just the frequencies getting shuffled around bud. I'm getting I'd +1 working but apart from that others not... Try another abm service search later or check out what frequencies theyre on and manually scan them in

Yea he's done the abm scan and also tryed adding in manually and still nothing so not sure what's up to be honest
