channel name in bh 2.1.7 not changed

as the picture that I attached , vu+ with bh 2.1.7 can not display the name channel .
these name are tvp2 and tvp3 in yahsat 52.5E. in other receiver is normal .
AND ALSO OTHER CHANNEL IN 11843 FREQUENCY .
PLEASE HELP ME .
