Channel zapping with 'Tuning failed' on Sky Germany channels

Hello,

I noticed that zapping from Sky germany channels from one transponder to another lets appear the 'Tuning failed' popup before showing the channel on the new transponder.
After some tests, i noticed that doing a channel search on the concerned transponder with Pilot = Off solves the problem and changing channels tunes them immediately, even from one transponder to another.
I noticed the bug as well on transponders on Hotbird 13E and Astra 3 23,5E.
What can be done to solve that problem definitely?
