channels keep changeing

hi need help vu+ duo download Black Hole Vu+ Duo 2.0.2 Rev. All fine all works great then 2 weeks late I would be watching one channel and all of a sudden it changers automaticly back and fourth this some time gose on for 5 mins when reboot some time ok other times will change again lots of other channels is there setting to stop any help please

yes i have try three time and even vix that did it as wll thats wehy i think must be some setting

is it a genuine box or clone. Have you tried clean install. Wipe your hard drive, USB and reload the latest blackhole image 2.0.9.1 for vu+ duo.

Have you tried this yet? is it a genuine box or clone. Have you tried clean install. Wipe your hard drive, USB and reload the latest blackhole image 2.0.9.1 for vu+ duo. Make sure you don't have timer on or something. Restore box to factory then put latest blackhole on ?
