Channels Missing

Vu+ Newbie
With the new version my DUO2 doesn´t find some channels.

I´m using DVB-C (converted DVB-S, no cable provider)

I find 67 channels with the original VU+ Image
I find 63 channels with the VTI 7.0 image
and I find only 59 channels with BlackHole 2.1.1 (with previous version of BlackHole I found als 63)

Does anyone have a glue what might be the problem or better the solution.

My wife is killing me because RTL is missing :-(

What you mean that you have DVB-C converted DVB-S?

What you mean that you have DVB-C converted DVB-S?

I live in a house with about 16 familys and we have one Satellite Dish on our roof. But we do not have a DVB-S port in our flat - we just have a DVB-C port. So I think it must be converted.

All other familys have all channels with some cheap DVB-C boxes, just me with my DUO2 there are missing some channels.

Can you please tell us which Country you are in. RTL could refer to quite a number of channels, from a number of satellites, if you are even using a satellite connection.
The VU+ Duo 2 can be fitted with different tuners, including one for cable, so you might not even be connected to a satellite dish.
Can you please provide more information, including which channels you currently have scanned in, and how you scanned them in.

You wrote that you were previously able to find all the channels using a older Black Hole image. Which one?

So apparently nothing is wrong with the hardware (cables and tuners), it's only a software or configuration problem...
