Channels Stuck while zapping

Hello guys,

i am new here and i am facing a major issue regarding my vu+ solo receiver. While i am changing channels at some point the the channels do not show a thing and i must restart the ****** in order to start showing again. I do not know what causes that but it is really annoying. So if anyone know how to deal with it please let me know..i would appreciate it a lot.
