Check updated version of black hole?

Currently I have installed the previous version (2.0.9.1) and now that has come the latest version (2.1.0) I have a query.

I have installed a ccam module and a configuration that is running. If I upgrade to the latest version lose these changes? I would have to reinstall and reconfigure ccam?
