Come Registrare da VU+ su PC

Ciao,
ho cercato un po' sul forum, ma non ho trovato una guida su come registrare da VU sull'hard disk del PC. Ora registro su USB, ma vorrei provare a registrare direttamente sul pc per fare poi delle clip.

Ho VU SOLO SE con BH 2.1.17 e windows 10, entrambi collegati via wireless (vodafone station).

Mentre ci sono sapete consigliarmi qualche programma free per semplici edit e ridimensionamenti dei filmati? Grazie
