come usare il plug in full back-up to usb ?

Salve, sul mio vuduo con immagine bh 1.7.2 , ho installato il plugin full back-up to usb, per crearmi un back up dell'immagine direttamente su usb.... ma ci non riesco in nessun modo, mi dice che sulla penna usb deve esserci un file chiamato backupstick oppure backupstick.txt.
Farse sbaglio la procedura.. qualcuno sa dirmi come fare ? é un plugin utile ma non so farlo funzionare.
