Cool TV Guide Problem - Not showing programme info

Hi all,

I'm entirely new to Linux boxes but my friend has just had a VU+ Sole SE installed. It works great but, for some reason, the cool tv guide doesn't show any programme info, except for a couple of shows. All the channels are listed correctly with picons, but only a select few shows are actually shown on the timeline.

Does anyone have any idea why this is? Not really sure what cool tv guide is, or how it works, but is there any thing i might be able to do to fix it?

Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks
 
You have to configure CrossEPG as well to be able to download EPG data to be shown by CoolTvGuide.
