cool tv guide / remote control issues

hi all been searching the threads , little unsure as everytime i install the cool tv guide the 4 colour buttons only use the epg , i cant access the functions from the image such as green/yellow to access plugins
can anyone help?

You have to enter cooltvguide settings and change behaviour of colored botton.
 
sory to be a pain , can you show me how ive tried going into the cool tv guide but so many options not sure exactly how to get the remote to behave as it was before the cool tv guide was installed , i cant access my plugins now
 
for example whe i press green then yellow it opens the cool single guide rathe rthan the blackhole plugins ect
