Copying From Hard Drive

Hi, I have Blackhole running great and I have some HD Movies I want to transfer to either Memory Stick or Laptop.
I have tried to FTP the movies but, as the files are over 4Gb, it is not possible with fat32.
Is there a way to do this without getting "dumped out" after 4Gb ?.

Yes this problem im copy yestuday 5.70gb file.
Im copy first to PC and next im made by Winrar part files.
Amn next copy to usb but to watch thsi film im mast first back to orginal file by Winarsr.

4GB is max file size for FAT32 file format. Format your USB stick in ext4 or copy to Laptop with Widows NTFS file format.
