Hi
I am a bit of a newby.

Can I copy a film recorded on the internal hard disk
on to an external hard disk with the USB. ?????

If so how do I do it.

The most simple away is using a FTP software like DCC. http://www.vuplus-community.net/board/threads/new-dcc-e2-1-42.3427/#post-159621

Connect your external HDD to your PC.

Use FTP to connect to your STB

With FTP search for the path /media/hdd/movie

The file you want have extension .ts - i presume!.

Move the file to your External HDD to the directory you want.

Can you copy files directly to USB using STB (without the use of PC)? And is there limitation such as if the vid was HD or something?
