Correct tuner settings

hello
I recently updated my solo2 to the latest blackhole. First time I've done it.
Seems to work but I'm not sure about the tuner settings.
What would the correct settings be please.
It has 2 tuners with 2 cables connected. Can't seem to record one channel and watch another at the moment.

It all depends on your satellite set up.
Do you have a motorized dish, or fixed dish system?
Are there multiple LNB's, using a Diseqc switch?

Please post back, with more details, regarding your dish set up, the satellites you can receiver, and other informnation you think mighjt be useful.
 
I have a basic fixed dish.
I'm not sure about the LNB's. How can you tell please? It looks it looks like it on Astra?
Sorry my knowledge on this is very limited.
 
If you have a fixed dish, it's probably on Astra 2, 28.2E, try setting Tuner A to Simple, Mode = Single, Astra 2, 28.2E, and Tuner B set to Equal to Tuner A.
