crash during film watching

Hi all
I'm the happy owner of a Vu+ duo ( latest OpenPli image) but I can't paly a recorded movie from begiining to end..It crashes after 20/30 minutes !!!
I've tried several images but always the same behaviour so I don't think it is image related but I have probably a wrong setting somewhere.
Has it to deal with timsehift ? ( this directory is empty on my Duo..) or Swap ? or anyt funny setting I'm not aware of ?

I'm kind of lost...
Any help greatly appreciated

1) This forum is basically for BH or OBH images.
2) You, as usual for newbies, believe we are wizard or guessers, so you did not specify anything of your system and devices. No details, no answers.
