Crash immediately start record + crash log

[VU PLUS Solo2]

Hi,
I always recorded without problem but today When I start a record a green crash page shown. it seems error is around "mytest.py" and "RecordTimer.py". I didn't change nothing.
Please check my crash file.

What do I have to do?
I delete this file with putty but came back.
I can't chmod even with putty. "Read-only file system" error.

stop enigma2 with:
init 4
delete ...
init 3

If I delete this file it come back again.
I change chmod permission of timers.xml to 777 but it crashed again. new crash log:

IOError: [Errno 30] Read-only file system: '/etc/enigma2/timers.xml'

the file system is corrupt
flashing your reciever again :-(
