Request create a file .bb

I would like to change my cvs vuplus-image
I found a guide where it was described as
to take all files from a directory specially created
more a file .bb!!!
the questions are:
the file to edit to make our package image is vuplus-image.bb?
Where can I find info to create a file .bb custom?
