Request CrossEPG losing channel information

Hi All,

I have a Vu+ Duo and have tried this with BH 1.7.3 and BH 1.7.9

I have installed cross epg with a rytec and openTV.

I have set these up to save to USB Drive and to download each night.

Every day it seems to lose the channel details for no apparent reason.

I can do a force reload and this will solve the problem but I would like to use my Duo as a replacement for Sky and for this it needs to be as similar to Sky EPG as possible and not having to manually reload the epg guide again as wife would not be too pleased!!

Are you using openTV for sky and rytec for other sats ?
I only use openTV for sky and I update once a week.

Hi Artorius,

I'm using Rytec and openTV for the sky epg and have it updating each night. Is that wrong?

I'll do the setup like yours, remove Rytec and manually do the update one a week and see if that sorts it.

Maybe when it does the auto update each night something happens.

I'm not at my sat-box at the moment but can I schedule it to download once a week or do I have to do it manually?

I do it manually best option is set it as fast plugin, 2x green and the download starts.
