Seems already supported by RT3070 driver.
If you have the DWA-125 device you can try to use it.
If someone don't work, post the crashlog (if generated) and the output of this command:

cat /proc/bus/usb/devices

If the device works on BH 1.7.3 MUST work also on 1.7.4.
Wifi Drivers are untouched between hese two images.
