default dealer and personal preselected channel list

I would like to create some personal and some missing default channel list. Like those in /usr/share/enigma2/dealer.

I've found information on the lamedb.* format (same as lamedb) but nothing on satXXX.info and the one I created didn't appear on the available list on enigma OSD.

And what about the naming scheme of that files and satellite identification?
