I solo2 vu + HD and some programs can not be displayed
in them are spaced digital noise into cubes
is defect tuner
 
Even if a tuner failure is always possible, I would recommend you to double check :

Dish pointing
LNB
Cable junctions
And / or to test your vuplus at a friend or neighbour who has a sat equipment.
