Im having problems with my vu duo and the epg. It says it cannot update Rytec providers so ive been using Opentv. But now when I try to update the epg the stb goes blue screen Black hole during the update and I have to switch the stb off to restart it. I was wondering if I defragmented the database would that help, maybeI have a memory problem. Thanks

You are posting in hardware section a issue regarding EPG, without referring the image used in your STB.

In order to help you, post by replying, the image used on your Vu+ DUO STB, and move this thread to the right section.
