Difference between Meoboot an Barry Allen?

can please anyone tell me, what is in detail the difference between "Meoboot" and "Barry Allen"?

Both enable you to boot from USB (HDD), but a different number of various images, Meo - 8. BA-13. BA can be used for sat receivers other than Vu+ as well. They have different interfaces, of cause.
