Diseqc-settings file

I screwed up something and when sending my channels back via dreambox edit the Diseqc-settings are empty

i have 4 lnb so its very complicated to remember the settings.

however i have a local backup of of old image.
Anyone knows what the file is called that holds that info ?

Should you need to restore the settings file (or part of it), due to the linux architecture you might encounter some problem.
In that case let us know.
 
The OS will rewrite from RAM the settings file every time you shutdown or reboot the box, so any direct manual file modifications will be lost.
Therefore, if you want to keep your changes, edit the setting file as you need, then check the correct file permissions, then power off the box with the rear switch or disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Don't use the box's power-off menu!

Disconnecting the power cord from the outlet is not a good action. Better execute "init 4" telnet command, then replace settings over ftp, then telnet "init 3"
