Does 2.0 Image solve CAM issues with external tuners?

I have Sundtek DVB-C external USB tuner, and Conax CAM with subscriber card. I managed to install drivers, and tuner scanned all channels but I was able to see just free channels. PayTV channels were impossible to see. Conax CAM and subscriber card work flawlessly in any other receiver (AzBox, Cable STB, Panasonic TV).

Last week I am tried to install of the RAW Openvuplus 2.1 image from the vuplus repository. No success: Stick is not recognized by that image (without driver from Sundtek), and after installing the driver (which still runs outside from kernel) - nothing happens: on encrypted channels the stick receives the PID-filter without the CA-messages streams. So, Enigma still can not work with the CA system and encrypted streams, which is comes from the Sundtek stick
