Does Dlink DWA-140 WiFi work with BH 1.7.3?

Before i try to update, could someone please confirm that my D-Link WiFi adapter DWA-140 (chipset RT2870) will work with BlackHole 1.7.3.

Also, will it work in a protected network?

The reason i ask this is that i could not get this to work with BH 1.7.2 so i gave up went back to BH 1.6.5 where this actually works.

No, i can not get this to work on my DUO!

I have updated to BH 1.7.3
The label on the back of my DWA-140 says H/W Ver B2 and F/W Ver 1.71. Exactly what Ismirsat above says works for him.
My SSID is really simple: AAA
I have set Method to WPA2 and have set a passphrase using 64 hex characters (also tried ASCII).

When i hit OK on the configuration screen i get the error message "Can NOT generate passphrase".

The LED on the dongle is blinking.

On the network setup menu, it says "rt3570sta wireless network interface"

I believed the chip in my adapter was an RT2870. Is it really correct that my DWA-140 should be detected as rt3570?

Could it matter in which USB port the dongle is connected?

Please HELP!!!!!!!!

Try to use a smallest passphrase in ASCII syntax ... your device is correctly detected my friend

Yes!

I set a really simple pass, and now it works.

But isn't the specification for WEP2 a passphrase of 8 to 63 ASCII characters or 64 hex numbers?

My original passphrase that didn't work contained some other characters besides letters and numbers. Something in there obviously caused the problem.

Please have a look at the code and if you can't allow all characters, restrict the characters that can be entered in the configuration for next version of BH.

I use WPA2 and passphrase containing letters, numbers and caracters like + - * @ ? ! ......
I did not test but I believe that any character that can be accessed via remote control will be accepted.
